FAQs
What should be my first action right after discovering the betrayal?
The very first step is to prioritize your safety and your nervous system. Betrayal is a form of trauma, and your body is likely in a state of high alert. Before making any permanent life decisions, focus on "Grounding." This means breathing, hydrating, and finding a physically safe space where you can sit in silence. Do not feel pressured to have all the answers today. Your only job right now is to stabilize yourself so you can eventually hear your own inner voice again.
Is my situation too severe, or is it too late for me to heal?
It is never too late, and no story is too broken for restoration. Healing isn't about erasing what happened; it’s about reclaiming your power from it. Whether the betrayal happened yesterday or years ago, the path to wholeness starts the moment you decide that your peace of mind is worth the work. You aren't "damaged goods", you are a person in transition, and your capacity to heal is far greater than the pain you've endured.
How long does the process of rebuilding self-trust typically take?
Rebuilding trust is a marathon, not a sprint. While everyone’s timeline is unique, most people begin to feel a shift in their clarity and confidence within the first 30 to 90 days of consistent, intentional inner work. This is why I designed the Trust Healing Journal to move you through specific phases. Healing isn't linear, but it can be systematic.
It is a structured journey. While there is plenty of space for your reflections, the Journal is designed as a five-phase roadmap. It guides you from the initial shock of betrayal through setting boundaries and finally into creating a vision for your future. It’s a tool meant to give you a clear path when you feel lost.
Is the Trust Healing Journal just for journaling, or is it a structured program?
How is the journal different from working with you one-on-one?
The Journal is your daily "self-paced" companion for consistent inner work. My one-on-one coaching is for those who want deeper, personalized support, high-level accountability, and a space to process their specific situation in real-time. Many clients find that using the Journal alongside our coaching sessions accelerates their healing significantly.
What exactly is coaching, and who is it for?
Coaching is a forward-focused, collaborative partnership designed to help you move from where you are to where you want to be. While therapy often looks backward to heal deep-seated psychological wounds, coaching focuses on strategy, mindset, and action. It is for the person who is ready to rebuild their life after betrayal and needs a roadmap, accountability, and the tools to regain their confidence as well as persons looking to build healthy, strong relationships.

How confidential is our work together?
Your privacy is my highest priority. Everything shared within our coaching sessions is strictly confidential. This is a "judgment-free zone" where you can be completely honest about your experiences and feelings, knowing your story is safe and protected.
How long are the sessions, and what does the process look like?
Standard coaching sessions are 45 minutes long. We typically meet via a secure video platform. Each session is tailored to your immediate needs, but we always stay anchored to your long-term healing goals. You will walk away from every call with a clear "next step" to focus on.
